The Carmelite Province of St. Elias celebrated the Solemn Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel on Tuesday, 16 July 2019. There was a triduum of events leading up to the feast day. On the actual feast day, Bishop Manuel Cruz, auxiliary Bishop of Newark celebrated the Mass. Our Carmelite novices served as acolytes and Fr. Francis Amodio, O.Carm., director of vocations, served as master of ceremonies.
